Terms and Conditions – 75pak Platform Rules

1 Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the 75pak platform — whether through the website, the mobile app or any other interface — you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. This agreement takes effect from the moment you complete registration and continues for as long as your account remains active.

These terms apply to all users of the platform, including registered account holders and anyone browsing without an account. Using the platform without registering does not exempt you from these terms where they apply to general use.

If there is any conflict between these Terms and Conditions and any other document published on the platform, these Terms take precedence unless a specific section explicitly states otherwise.

2 Eligibility

To register and use 75pak, you must meet the following requirements at all times:

• You must be at least 18 years of age. The platform is strictly for adults only.
• You must be a human individual — corporate entities and automated registrations are not permitted.
• You must not be accessing the platform from a jurisdiction where online gaming is explicitly prohibited.
• You must be acting on your own behalf and not on behalf of any third party.

75pak reserves the right to request proof of age or identity at any time. If a player is found to be under 18, their account will be closed immediately and any balance will be forfeited. There are no exceptions to the age requirement.

3 Account Registration

Each individual may hold only one account on 75pak. Opening multiple accounts — whether under the same name, different names or using different payment methods — is a violation of these terms and will result in all associated accounts being suspended.

When registering, you must provide accurate and complete information. This includes your real name, a valid contact number and any other details requested during the registration process. You are responsible for keeping this information up to date.

• You must not register using false, misleading or borrowed identity details.
• You must not allow any other person to use your account.
• You are responsible for all activity carried out using your account credentials.
• If you suspect unauthorised access to your account, you must contact support immediately.

Account verification may be required before certain actions are permitted, including large withdrawals or account changes. You agree to complete any verification process requested by the platform promptly and accurately.

4 Deposits and Withdrawals

All transactions on 75pak are processed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). The platform supports the following payment methods for both deposits and withdrawals: JazzCash, Easypaisa, Raast, bank transfer and cards.

Deposits are credited to your account balance promptly after confirmation from the payment provider. In most cases this is immediate. Withdrawals are processed as quickly as possible — JazzCash and Easypaisa withdrawals typically complete within 30 seconds; bank transfers via Raast may take a few minutes.

• You may only withdraw to a payment method registered in your own name.
• The minimum withdrawal amount is shown in your account wallet section at the time of the request.
• 75pak reserves the right to request identity verification before processing withdrawals above certain thresholds.
• Deposits made using a bonus or from a promotional source may be subject to specific withdrawal conditions.
• Any attempt to reverse or dispute a legitimate transaction is a breach of these terms.

75pak does not charge fees on standard deposits or withdrawals. Any fees applied by your payment provider are not the responsibility of 75pak. Please check with your bank or mobile wallet provider regarding any charges they may apply.

5 Bon uses and Promotions

75pak offers bonuses and promotions to registered players from time to time. All bonuses are subject to specific terms that will be communicated at the time the offer is made. These terms typically include wagering requirements, minimum deposit amounts, eligible games and expiry dates.

• Bonuses cannot be withdrawn as cash until the applicable wagering requirements have been met.
• Only one bonus may be active at a time unless the promotion explicitly states otherwise.
• Bonuses are personal and cannot be transferred between accounts.
• 75pak reserves the right to modify, suspend or cancel any bonus or promotion at any time, with or without prior notice.
• Any attempt to exploit, manipulate or abuse bonus structures — including opening multiple accounts to claim bonuses — will result in disqualification and account suspension.

If you are unsure whether a particular bet or game contribution counts towards a wagering requirement, contact support before placing the bet. Decisions made by the platform regarding bonus qualification are final.

6 Betting Rules

All bets placed on 75pak are subject to the platform's betting rules, which may vary by game type, sport or event. The following general rules apply across all betting products on the platform:

• Once a bet is confirmed and accepted by the platform, it cannot be changed or cancelled by the player.
• Bets placed after an event has concluded — due to connectivity issues, errors or any other reason — will be voided and the stake returned.
• In the event of a technical error that results in an incorrect price or odds being displayed, 75pak reserves the right to void affected bets and return stakes.
• Maximum bet limits apply per event and per market. These limits are visible at the time of placing the bet.
• Winnings from sports betting are calculated based on the odds at the time the bet was placed and confirmed.

For cricket markets — including PSL, T20 internationals and domestic matches — specific settlement rules apply based on official match results from the relevant governing body. In the event of a match being abandoned or reduced due to weather or other circumstances, bets may be voided or settled according to Duckworth-Lewis method results where applicable.

7 Fair Play and Prohibited Conduct

75pak is committed to maintaining a fair gaming environment for all players. The following conduct is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account suspension and possible forfeiture of balances:

• Using bots, scripts or any automated software to interact with the platform.
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches or errors for financial gain — any such gains must be reported to support immediately.
• Colluding with other players in card games or any other game type where collusion provides an unfair advantage.
• Placing bets with knowledge of a match result or insider information not available to the public.
• Attempting to manipulate game outcomes through any technical or human means.
• Using the platform to launder money or engage in any financially illegal activity.

If 75pak identifies suspicious patterns of play or betting behaviour, the platform reserves the right to investigate, delay withdrawals pending investigation, and take appropriate action including account termination. Decisions made following a fair play investigation are final and binding.

8 Responsible Gaming

75pak treats responsible gaming as a core part of the platform, not an afterthought. Every registered player has access to the following tools directly from their account settings:

• Deposit Limits: Set a daily, weekly or monthly cap on how much you can deposit.
• Session Time Reminders: Receive alerts when you have been playing for a set amount of time.
• Self-Exclusion: Temporarily or permanently exclude yourself from the platform if you feel you need a break.

10 Platform Availability

• 75pak is not liable for losses incurred due to platform downtime, whether planned or unplanned.
• Bets that were confirmed before a technical outage will be honoured based on the confirmed state at the time of the interruption.
• Bets that failed to confirm due to a connection error are not considered placed and no obligation exists to honour them.

The platform reserves the right to restrict access from specific locations, devices or IP addresses if unusual or suspicious activity is detected.

11 Intellectual Property

All content on the 75pak platform — including but not limited to the logo, design, graphics, game interfaces, text, software and underlying code — is the property of 75pak or its content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

• You may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute or create derivative works from any platform content without express written permission.
• You may not use the 75pak name, logo or branding in any external communication without authorisation.
• Scraping platform data, odds or content using automated tools is prohibited.

12 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 75pak and its operators, employees and partners are not liable for:

• Any financial losses resulting from gaming activity on the platform.
• Losses caused by platform downtime, technical errors or third-party payment provider delays.
• Any indirect, incidental or consequential loss of any kind arising from use of the platform.
